We are working with an international law firm on an exciting opportunity within their highly regarded Non-Contentious Construction team. The team advises a broad range of clients, including developers, funders, contractors, and major corporates, on non-contentious construction matters across a variety of sectors including real estate, energy, and infrastructure. Their work includes:
- Drafting and negotiating standard form and bespoke construction documentation (including JCT, NEC, and FIDIC)
- Advising on procurement strategies
- Project structuring
- Risk allocation across large-scale domestic and international projects
This role is ideally suited to an Associate who wants to work for one of the leading Construction teams with a top international law firm from Leeds.
