This leading Legal 500 City based firm is seeking a Real Estates Senior Associate (5+ PQE) to join its established Real Estate Disputes team, handling a broad range of complex commercial and residential property matters for an impressive client base of developers, investors, businesses and private individuals.

The Real Estate Disputes team is recognised for handling a broad spectrum of contentious property matters, advising clients on both commercial and residential disputes. The practice advises on commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes, lease renewals, dilapidations, service charge disputes, possession proceedings, restrictive covenants, easements, rights of light matters, boundary disputes and development-related conflicts. The team also handles disputes arising from property transactions, development agreements and overage arrangements, providing advice from initial negotiations through to formal litigation where required.
We are looking to speak with Real Estate Disputes Solicitors with minimum 5 PQE, who are looking to join a growing department offering high-quality work, strong client exposure and genuine long-term career progression. You will manage a varied and high-quality caseload of contentious property matters, including:
- Commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes
- Lease renewals, forfeiture and possession proceedings
- Dilapidations and service charge disputes
- Development-related property disputes
- Overage and contractual property disputes
- Property-related professional negligence matters
