We’re working closely with a leading independent law firm on an excellent opportunity for a mid-level Associate to join their highly respected Restructuring team in London. A key selling point is the firm environment and the Partners - it’s a really excellent place for a Lawyer to access high-quality work in the City but a firm that does really consider work/life balance.
The team advises across the full spectrum of restructuring and insolvency matters from mid-market transactions through to complex cross-border mandates. Much of their work involves acting for lenders, borrowers, sponsors, and insolvency practitioners on financial restructurings, distressed M&A, and advisory mandates. While the firm is UK-headquartered, it has a strong international outlook through close relationships with leading firms across Europe, the US, and Asia. You’ll gain exposure to top-quality domestic matters and interesting cross-border work, within a team known for its commercial approach and approachable culture.
