They are looking for a Real Estate Senior Associate (5+) to join their partner’s flourishing team. The firm’s innovative ‘revenue share’ model has helped to reshape the way that the law is practiced in the UK. Due to continued success, their Real Estate and Real Estate Finance Partner is seeking the addition of a 5+ year PQE Solicitor to join their high calibre, growing team in London.
The partner is headquartered in London, and the ideal candidate will be based locally, with the ability to attend the office at least three days per week. This established and expanding Real Estate/Real Estate Finance Team has extensive expertise in the specialist secured lending industry and general real estate matters. Their primary clients are specialist property finance lenders (bridging and development), whom they support with unregulated loan originations.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Real Estate and a desire to expand their skills within Real Estate Finance. You will have experience in residential and commercial real estate matters, acting for commercial clients on the purchase of residential properties being purchased with bridging finance, where the lender is separately represented.
The ability to meet the challenges posed by demanding clients and tight deadlines without compromising work quality or service is essential. You will manage a varied caseload of real estate where clients have purchased with bridging finance or development finance, including property acquisition, disposal, investment, and development finance.
Additionally, you will act as a brand ambassador, enhancing the market reputation of the business. Excellent communication skills, proactivity, and creative thinking are required.
