- Lease renewals and leasehold disputes
- Dilapidations and service charge claims
- Possession proceedings and tenant default matters
- Restrictive covenant and boundary disputes
- Development-related disputes (options, overage, rights to light, party wall issues)
- Telecoms and property infrastructure disputes
- Leasehold enfranchisement and lease extension claims
- Pre-action strategy through to trial and enforcement
You will take ownership of your own matters with a high level of autonomy, while also working closely with senior lawyers on more complex and high-value disputes.
