Clinical Negligence Partner
Vasto Legal are working closely with a leading Top 100 UK law firm to recruit a Clinical Negligence Partner to join its Legal 500 and Chambers ranked claimant department. The firm is open to candidates based in London, Southampton, Cardiff or Reading.
The firm has a strong reputation in clinical negligence handling a broad range of complex, high-value claims, including cases involving serious and life-changing injuries.
This is an opportunity for an experienced Partner to join a well-established practice, develop their own client relationships and play a part in the team's continued growth.
The Role
The team advises on a wide range of claimant clinical negligence matters, including:
- Brain and spinal injury claims
- GP negligence
- Surgical and hospital negligence
- Birth injury and catastrophic injury claims
- Delayed and missed diagnosis
- Fatal claims
You will take a leading role in the team, handling complex matters, maintaining existing client relationships and developing new business. You will also support and mentor colleagues and contribute to the wider direction of the practice.
About You
- You will be an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor operating at Partner level, with a strong background in claimant work.
- You will have experience handling complex, high-value clinical negligence claims.
- You will have a track record of developing client relationships and generating new business.
- You will be commercially minded, with a clear understanding of how to grow a successful practice.
- You will have the ability to support and develop colleagues and contribute to the wider team.
