The Opportunity
- You will manage a varied range of property litigation matters, including:
- Land and property disputes
- Landlord and tenant litigation
- Commercial property disputes
- Cases from pre‑action through to trial, with full client support throughout
- Representing clients at court hearings and trials when required
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across the firm to deliver exceptional service
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with 5+ PQE in property litigation work
- Strong track record managing a varied property litigation caseload, with the confidence to take ownership of files independently where appropriate
- Experience managing client relationships and fostering long‑term partnerships
