Senior Employment Associate
This specialist, highly tiered Legal 500 City employment firm is looking to hire a Senior Associate (4+).
This is a broad role covering both contentious and non-contentious employment law. You will advise employer clients on day-to-day HR issues, senior executive matters, tribunal claims and transactional/TUPE work, with real responsibility and direct client contact from day one.
The team suits someone who enjoys variety and wants to develop their profile through client relationship building.
You will have:
- 4+PQE in employment law (England & Wales qualified)
- Experience from a City, commercial or specialist employment practice
- Strong drafting and communication skills
- A commercial, client-focused approach
