A highly regarded, London-based corporate law firm is seeking a Senior Corporate Solicitor (5+ PQE) to join its growing and well-established Corporate team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a 30-strong department undertaking high-quality, complex transactional work for an impressive portfolio of clients. The firm has a strong track record of promoting from within and is committed to growing organically. The Role
You will work on a broad range of high-quality corporate matters, advising a strong client base that includes high-growth businesses, entrepreneurs, investors, and established companies. Matters are varied and may include:
- M&A transactions (buy and sell side)
- Private equity and venture capital investments
- Shareholder agreements and corporate restructurings
- General corporate advisory work
Requirements
- 5+ years’ PQE in corporate law
- Strong technical ability
- Commercial awareness and confidence in managing client relationships
- A proactive, team-oriented approach
- Experience supervising junior solicitors
