The RoleThis is an exciting role for a Senior Corporate/Commercial Associate 5-8 PQE to join this leading West End firm, which is gaining an impressive reputation in the market.
Corporate/Commercial is at the forefront of all the work they do. This role will involve working with a highly experienced Corporate/Commercial Partner.
The department works across a broad range of industry sectors which includes; Financial services, FMCG, Gaming and betting, Hospitality and leisure, Media and publishing, Real Estate, Fashion, and Technology.
Your caseload will be broad, making for an interesting caseload. Work will include but not be limited to Commercial contracts, Joint ventures and partnerships, shareholders agreements and M&A.
This role has excellent prospects for progression, which can include Partnership for the right candidate.You will be a Corporate/Commercial Solicitor with 5-8 PQE (there is no upper limit on the amount of experience)
You will deal with a broad caseload which will include;Commercial contracts, IP, Joint ventures and partnerships, shareholders agreements and M&A
This role has excellent prospects for progression – this firm likes to grow organically, with multiple Partners being homegrown
You should have a good technical knowledge
Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package
