We’re working with a well-established and growing Legal 500 firm, who are looking to hire a Senior Commercial Litigation Solicitor. You’ll handle a broad range of disputes including contractual claims, shareholder and partnership issues, director disputes, professional negligence and enforcement matters. The caseload is good quality and often high value, with clients ranging from established SMEs to larger corporate businesses.
You’ll be trusted to run your own matters, but you won’t be working in isolation. The disputes team works closely with colleagues in Corporate, Property and Private Client, which means a steady flow of internal referrals and a collaborative approach. They like to grow organically, so there is an excellent career structure.
If you’re keen to develop client relationships, mentor junior lawyers and play a part in growing the department, you’ll be encouraged and supported to do so.
Requirements:- 5+ years’ PQE in Commercial Litigation
- Strong technical grounding and sound commercial judgement
- Confidence managing your own caseload
- A team player who values long‑term client relationships
