Senior Litigation Solicitor, Media and Entertainment
We are working closely with a boutique, specialist law firm acting for clients across the creative industries, who are looking to hire a Litigation Solicitor to join their team.
The firm works extensively with clients across film, television, theatre, music, entertainment and the wider creative industries, advising on complex and often high-profile disputes.
If you are a Litigation Solicitor who has developed a strong track record within your field and are looking to work with clients operating within the creative industries, then we would be interested in speaking with you.
This is an opportunity to work alongside Lawyers who are specialists in their respective areas, with a high level of client contact and exposure to interesting and complex litigation.
The work will include:
- Advising clients across the creative industries on a broad range of contentious matters.
- Working with clients within film, television, theatre, entertainment and related sectors.
- Managing disputes from initial instruction through to resolution.
- Advising on litigation strategy, commercial risk and settlement.
- Drafting pleadings, correspondence and other litigation documentation.
- Negotiations, mediation and other forms of dispute resolution.
- Opportunity to be involved in complex and high-value litigation.
The ideal candidate will be a high-quality Litigation Solicitor who excels in their area of practice, with strong technical ability and a track record of handling challenging and complex disputes.
Sector experience is preferred, particularly experience acting for clients within the creative industries, including film, TV, theatre, music or entertainment. Candidates who have developed a strong reputation in their particular area of litigation and can demonstrate the ability to work with sophisticated clients will also be considered.
This is an opportunity for someone who wants to work at the top end of their field, with interesting clients and matters within a genuinely specialist area of the market.
Salary - this is highly competitive and based on the individual candidate
