A highly regarded residential conveyancing firm in London is looking to recruit a Paralegal to join its busy and expanding property team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced, client-focused practice known for its modern approach to conveyancing, working with HNW clientele on London real estate and a strong reputation for delivering a high level of service across residential property transactions.
This is a busy and varied role offering excellent exposure to end-to-end conveyancing work, with the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience working closely with experienced conveyancers in a high-performing and supportive team.
The Opportunity- Assisting with the preparation and drafting of legal documentation, including contracts, transfers, and completion statements
- Supporting fee earners on transactions through legal research, title checks, and document review
- Drafting initial correspondence, reports to clients, and replies to enquiries
- Managing and maintaining client files, ensuring all documentation is accurate, compliant, and up to date using case management systems
- Handling Land Registry applications, SDLT submissions, and Companies House-style corporate elements where required
- Assisting with transaction progression from instruction through to completion, including post-completion administration
- Providing wider matter support across the team to ensure transactions progress efficiently in a high-volume environment
Working closely with senior conveyancers, this role offers excellent exposure to the full conveyancing lifecycle and a strong platform to develop within a specialist residential property practice.
