Legal Secretary – Residential Property | Central London

I am working closely with a modern and botuique law firm based in Central London, who are looking to appoint a Legal Secretary to join their residential property team

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Legal Secretary to take ownership of the administrative function within a busy residential conveyancing team of around 10, working closely with fee earners and playing a key role in building out the support structure beneath them as the team continues to grow.

The firm has built a strong reputation for the quality of its residential property work, with a particular strength in high-value freehold chain transactions and leasehold matters dealing with matters into the millions.

The Opportunity

You will provide secretarial and administrative support to the residential property fee earners, including:

• Audio and copy typing of correspondence, contracts, and legal documents




• Managing email and correspondence flow on behalf of fee earners




• Preparing and submitting protocol forms and supporting documentation




• Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors




• Supporting AML and compliance requirements across the department




• Maintaining accurate and compliant files on the case management system
