This is a leading Legal 500 firm and topping the tables is their property department. They are looking for Residential Development Partner to join their thriving property department.

This firm has a well‑respected name for quality Property work in London. They are a multi‑service practice, with Real Estate flavour throughout the firm.
They work the other side of Top 50, city firms and deal with high quality work.
They are ranked highly in the Legal 500 and due to their continued success are looking to further grow and expand their residential property department.

The Role
Property is at the forefront of all the work they do. You will work in a team of 10, which includes, 2 Partners, 8Senior andAssociates, and support staff.
The department deals with a broad range of quality matters including; residential development, acquisitions for development, acting for developers of both plc and private companies in connection with commercial property acquisitions and extensive multi‑purpose developments.
