The Role
The firm is now looking to recruit a Senior Real Estate Finance Associate (4+ PQE) into its busy London team. You will lead on a varied and high-quality caseload of property finance matters, including:
- Investment and acquisition finance
- Bridging finance
- Development finance transactions
You will take ownership of matters from instruction through to completion, often acting as the key point of contact for clients and coordinating all parties involved. In addition, you will:
- Lead on complex and high-value transactions, ensuring efficient delivery and risk management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with lender panel clients, investors and intermediaries
- Take an active role in business development, including networking and strengthening referral channels
- Supervise, mentor and support junior lawyers within the team
- Work closely with partners on strategy, client development and team growth
- Ensure compliance and best practice across all matters
This is a senior, hands-on role offering high levels of responsibility, autonomy and visibility within a growing and ambitious team.
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with 4+ years PQE
- Strong experience within Real Estate Finance
- Proven ability to lead transactions and manage client relationships independently
