A leading Legal 500 London law firm is looking to recruit a Paralegal to join its growing Real Estate Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the mid-market’s strongest REF practices, working alongside experienced fee earners on a broad range of high-quality finance transactions, with the support of a specialist Banking team. This is a busy and varied role, offering excellent exposure to complex secured lending and transactional work, with the opportunity to gain valuable hands‑on experience within a highly respected team.
The Opportunity
- Support on a broad range of Real Estate Finance matters, including:
- Assisting with the preparation and drafting of legal documentation, including loan agreements, security documents and wider transactional documents
- Supporting lawyers on key matters through legal research, due diligence and document review
- Drafting first versions of agreements, advice notes, letters and other legal correspondence
- Managing and maintaining client files, ensuring documentation is accurate, compliant and up to date using Practice Evolve
- Handling Companies House registrations and related corporate filings
- Assisting with transaction management from initial instruction through to completion, including closing processes and post‑completion administration
- Providing wider matter support across the team, helping transactions progress efficiently and smoothly
Working closely with senior members of the team, this role offers excellent exposure to quality work and a strong platform to build experience within a specialist Real Estate Finance practice.

Requirements
- Previous paralegal experience within Real Estate Finance is preferred
