A growing and highly regarded law firm is seeking a Property Litigation Paralegal to join its expanding disputes team based in the City of London. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated paralegal with property litigation or wider disputes experience to join a supportive and fast-paced practice.
The role offers exposure to a broad range of high-quality property disputes work, working alongside experienced litigators in a collaborative and client-focused environment.
The Role
You will support fee earners across a varied caseload of property litigation matters, acting for a diverse client base that includes landlords, tenants, developers, businesses, and private individuals. The work will cover a range of contentious property issues, including landlord and tenant disputes, possession claims, lease covenant breaches, boundary disputes, rights of way matters, and residential and commercial property-related litigation. You will assist senior lawyers and Partners on more complex and high-value matters, gaining excellent exposure and hands-on experience from the outset. The role will involve:
- Drafting legal documents
- Preparing court bundles
- Liaising with clients and third parties
- Conducting legal research
- Supporting case progression
You may also have the opportunity to attend court hearings and assist with business development initiatives across the team.
