The Opportunity
The firm is seeking an experienced Planning Solicitor (3+ PQE) to join its nationally regarded team. You’ll advise on a broad range of planning and highways matters, supporting major development projects and high-profile transactions. This is a role offering real variety and professional growth, where you’ll manage your own matters while working alongside senior experts on significant regeneration and infrastructure projects.
The Role
You will advise clients on the full range of planning and highways issues, including:
- Strategic advice on planning applications, permissions, and risk management
- Drafting and negotiating complex s.106 and highways agreements
- Planning due diligence for real estate, funding, and corporate transactions
- Advising on judicial reviews, appeals, enforcement, and committee hearings
- Handling specialist matters such as EIA, CIL, GLA planning issues, and Assets of Community Value
You’ll also be encouraged to take part in business development initiatives, helping to strengthen existing client relationships and grow your professional network within this market-leading practice.
