A leading Legal 500 London law firm is looking for a paralegal to support the continued growth of their residential real estate (new build) team due to continued success. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and highly respected property team, working closely with experienced Partners on a broad range of high-quality new build residential matters. You’ll be given real responsibility from day one and play a key role in supporting transactions from instruction through to completion.

The Opportunity

  • Support on a broad range of residential real estate matters, including:
    • Assisting with drafting and reviewing contracts, leases and reports on title for plot sales and purchases
    • Managing and maintaining client files, ensuring documentation is accurate, compliant and up to date
    • Liaising directly with clients, responding to queries and helping transactions progress smoothly
    • Supporting with legal administration, matter management and document production
    • Maintaining spreadsheets, reporting on financial information and assisting with wider transactional support
    • Providing day-to-day support to the wider team, including diary management, meeting coordination and note taking where required

Working closely with senior members of the team, this role offers excellent exposure to quality work and the opportunity to build strong experience within a specialist New Build practice.

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience as a Residential Property / Conveyancing Paralegal
  • Strong understanding of residential real estate documentation, contracts and transactional processes
  • Previous New Build experience would be advantageous
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple deadlines
  • Confident communicator with strong client-facing skills
  • Proactive, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
