Structured Finance Associate (1-5 PQE)
We are working with a leading US law firm on a position within their Structured Finance team in their London office. The position is for a 1-5 PQE Associate, though the team is open to more senior candidates for the right individual.
You will be working on a broad range of structured finance transactions, with a particular focus on CLOs. Alongside CLO work, the team advises on securitisations across a variety of asset classes, asset-backed and fund financings, private credit portfolio financings and related regulatory matters.
The team acts for leading global CLO managers, asset managers, credit funds and bank arrangers, and is highly regarded in the European CLO market. This is a growing practice offering associates broad exposure across products, close work with partners and real responsibility on deals.
- 1-5 years PQE in structured finance or securitisation (more senior candidates also considered)
- CLO experience ideally, acting for managers or arrangers
- Background at a leading City or US law firm
- England & Wales qualified
