Structured Finance Associate (3-6 PQE)We are working with a US law firm on a position within their highly regarded Structured Finance team in their London office. The position is for a 3-6 year PQE Associate.You will take a leading role across a range of mandates spanning securitisation, asset-backed finance and structured credit, acting for sponsors, banks, credit funds and originators. The team handles warehouse financings, loan-on-loan structures, financing structures for debt origination funds and the securitisation of a diverse range of asset classes. The work is international, spanning Europe, the US and Asia.Alongside this, you will receive a market-leading salary and bonus.Requirements:You will have 3-6 years post-qualified experience in structured finance, securitisation, asset-backed finance or a broad banking and finance practice with relevant exposureYou will have gained this experience from a reputable City or US law firmYou will be England & Wales qualified with UK experienceKnowing this firm and team well, we would welcome a confidential conversation.
