This is an excellent opportunity for a corporate lawyer who enjoys being close to clients and running transactions end to end. The work is broad, high quality and commercially focused, with exposure to a varied and interesting client base.
The Role
You will work closely with the head of department and an ambitious team, advising on a wide range of corporate matters. Clients include financial institutions, private investors, owner-managed and family businesses, mid-market corporates and start-ups. The work spans acquisitions and disposals, restructurings, private equity and venture capital, joint ventures, shareholder arrangements, fundraising and investment, as well as LLPs and partnerships. You will take the lead on your own transactions from the outset — shaping strategy, managing the process and acting as the main point of contact for clients. You will be encouraged to build your own profile, develop relationships and contribute to business development.
Requirements
You will be a Senior Associate from a strong corporate practice (circa 5 PQE). You will be confident leading deals with minimal supervision and have solid experience across transactional M&A. You will enjoy working directly with clients, supporting junior lawyers and getting involved in business development. This is a standout opportunity for a corporate lawyer looking for high-quality work, real responsibility and the chance to play a meaningful role in the growth of a corporate team.
