A leading UK Top 100 law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join its Corporate Regulation team within the Commercial Litigation department in London.

The Role
The firm is now looking to appoint a Senior Associate to support the continued growth of its Corporate Regulation offering in London. You will advise on a broad range of complex regulatory and compliance matters, with a particular focus on data protection and an emerging emphasis on AI-related obligations. The role will involve working on large-scale government consultations, corporate responsibility and reputation management issues, and sector-specific regulatory frameworks, including a recognised niche in private land and parking management.

Requirements
- England & Wales qualified lawyer with 6+ years’ PQE in corporate regulatory or compliance matters

- Demonstrable experience in business development and client relationship management
- Strong communication, drafting and analytical skills
