A fast-growing and well-regarded East London law firm is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor (NQ–2 PQE) to join its busy Stratford office, offering high-quality conveyancing work, strong support and excellent long-term progression within a modern and expanding team.

It acts for a wide range of clients including first-time buyers, investors, landlords, developers and long-standing private individuals.
The residential property team is known for handling a high volume of quality instructions while maintaining a strong focus on client service, efficiency and technical accuracy. You will join a busy residential property team handling a varied and fast-paced caseload, including:
- Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
- Re‑mortgages and transfers of equity
- Leasehold transactions and lease extensions
- New build purchases
- Buy-to-let and investment transactions
- Supporting on higher‑value and more complex matters where appropriate
This role offers strong client exposure, the opportunity to manage your own caseload with support, and the chance to develop within a growing and high-performing property team. You will work closely with experienced senior lawyers, gaining hands‑on experience and increasing autonomy as you progress.
Requirements
- NQ–2 PQE Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer
- Experience in residential conveyancing gained during training or post‑qualification
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and client care ability

- Able to manage a busy caseload effectively
