Residential Property Solicitor / Conveyancer - 4-7 PQE - Fully Remote
This full-service London law firm, serving national and international clients since 2005, is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor or CILEX Conveyancer at 4-7 PQE. The firm is Lexcel accredited and holds Law Society accreditation in Conveyancing, alongside a national and international high-net-worth client base, having recently opened a new office in Dubai.
This is a fully remote role, offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced and commercially-minded individual to take on a senior caseload with a reputable law firm, without the need to commute.

The firm has built a reputation over two decades for guiding clients through complexity with confidence, developing substantial expertise across residential and commercial property, litigation, family law, private client and immigration work. Their client base spans local, national and international markets, including high-net-worth and luxury asset clients, generating strong levels of repeat instruction and referral business.
There is a strong leadership team, with a clear view of where they want the business to grow and develop, creating a collaborative and supportive environment where everyone is working together to achieve the company's goals.
The Role
They are offering a 4-7 PQE Solicitor or CILEX Conveyancer the opportunity to join their Residential Property department on a fully remote basis, taking on a senior, largely autonomous caseload.
You will be running your own portfolio of higher-value and more complex matters across the full conveyancing lifecycle, including freehold and leasehold, transfers of equity, buying, selling, re-mortgaging and new homes, for a mixture of local, national and international HNW clients. There is also scope to get involved in business development, building your own referral relationships, and supporting or mentoring more junior members of the team.
This role suits an experienced fee earner who is confident managing a full caseload independently in a remote-first environment, while remaining closely connected to and supportive of the wider team.
Requirements
- You will be a 4-7 PQE Residential Property Solicitor or CILEX Conveyancer
- You will have a track record of running your own complex caseload with minimal supervision
- You will have a strong collaborative approach to working, despite the remote setting
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior colleagues would be an advantage
- You will possess a genuine passion for conveyancing and a desire to develop further within the firm
