The Role
The firm is now looking to recruit a Real Estate Finance Associate (2+ PQE) into its busy London team. You will work across a varied and high-quality caseload of property finance matters, including:
- Investment and acquisition finance
- Bridging finance
- Development finance transactions
You will take ownership of matters from inception through to completion, working closely with lenders, investors and other key stakeholders. In addition, you will:
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with clients and intermediaries
- Work closely with lender panel clients and associated professionals
- Play an active role in business development and networking initiatives
- Support and collaborate with junior members of the team where appropriate
This is a fast-paced role offering strong levels of responsibility, client exposure and the opportunity to work on complex and commercially driven transactions.
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years PQE
- Experience within Real Estate Finance background
- Strong technical ability and attention to detail
- Ability to manage a caseload with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Commercially aware with an interest in business development
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
