They are highly regarded in working with leading public and private companies, financial institutions and wealthy individuals across industries and sectors.
They are looking for an experienced Private Wealth Associate with 3+ years to join their successful City-based team. The firm is a well-known, prestigious name within the London Legal market with over 250 years of experience. Many lawyers are ranked as leaders in their field. Based in the City, they currently have a headcount of over 100 lawyers, a very impressive client base and are particularly wellâknown, representing an everâincreasing number of ultra HNW individuals, both nationally and internationally. They work with SMEs right up to well-known household brands.
Their established Private Wealth team advises UK and international high net worth and ultraâhigh net worth families with everything from tax, succession and estate planning, trust formation and administration, probate and estate administration to mental capacity challenges.
The Role
This is a standout opportunity for a Private Wealth Associate with 3+ PQE with a leading Legal 500 ranked firm in the City of London. The role will include:
- Meeting with and advising clients on a wide range of private wealth matters.
- Drafting letters of advice, wills and letters of wishes, powers of attorney, trusts, deeds of appointment etc.
- Working with clients on wills, succession and tax planning.
- Working with UK and international families; entrepreneurs and their key advisors.
- Supervising, managing and delegating where appropriate to junior members of staff.
- Managing and progressing their own caseload.
- Ensuring Client Partners are kept informed of client matters.
Requirements
You will be an experienced Private Wealth Associate with 3+ PQE. Qualified in England & Wales as a Solicitor.
