The Firm: They specialise in multiple practice areas, including Employment, Commercial Property, Private Client, Disputes, Family, Immigration, Corporate and Litigation. Their solicitors pride themselves on providing outstanding service, and the collaborative culture means they seek out solutions that cater for the unique needs of each client they work with. The firm is committed to engaging with all clients to fully understand their needs and take a practical, commercial approach to provide the best solutions. There is a lot of cross referrals between the different practice areas and the majority of their clientele are HNW/UHNW.
The Role: The firm is seeking to hire an Employment Partner into their thriving West End, London office. The Employment department at this firm is well established with a sterling reputation. The team are recognised as one of the leading practices in this sector. You will work alongside a highly experienced team dealing with a top-quality caseload. The work and client base will be predominantly focussed on the employer, whilst the department does also do some work for HNW employees.
Requirements: You will be an Employment Partner. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships is key.
Salary & Benefits: Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent bonus structure. You will also receive excellent benefits.
