A respected, Legal 500 City employment team is looking to recruit a 3–5 PQE solicitor to join their thriving department. This is a broad role covering both contentious and non-contentious employment law. You will advise employer clients on day-to-day HR issues, senior executive matters, tribunal claims and transactional/TUPE work, with real responsibility and direct client contact from day one.
The team suits someone who enjoys variety, is confident running their own matters, and wants to develop their profile through business development and client relationship building.
You will have:
- 3–5 years’ PQE in employment law (England & Wales qualified)
- Experience from a City, commercial or specialist employment practice
- Strong drafting and communication skills
- A commercial, client-focused approach and the ability to work calmly under pressure
