There is a strong collaborative culture across the firm, with regular cross-referrals between departments and plenty of opportunity to work alongside lawyers across the wider property and private client teams.
The Role
The firm is seeking to hire an Enfranchisement Partner into its thriving West End, London office.
You'll advise a varied client base on a broad range of residential enfranchisement matters, including lease extensions, collective enfranchisement, right of first refusal and related landlord and tenant matters.
You'll have the opportunity to take a leading role in developing the firm's enfranchisement offering, bringing your existing client relationships and expertise while working closely with the wider Real Estate and Commercial Property teams.
The role would suit an established Enfranchisement Partner or senior lawyer who is looking for a platform to build and grow a specialist practice within a well‑established and collaborative firm.
Requirements:
- You will be an Enfranchisement Partner or senior solicitor with a strong track record in this area
- You will have significant experience across lease extensions, collective enfranchisement and right of first refusal
- You will have a strong record of developing and maintaining client relationships
- You will be commercially minded with a genuine interest in growing a practice
- You will enjoy working collaboratively with colleagues across different practice areas
