An interesting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Insolvency Associate to join a busy, collaborative Business Support and Insolvency team. The role offers a mix of high-quality corporate and personal insolvency work, with exposure to both contentious and non-contentious matters.
The Role
- You’ll advise a range of clients including insolvency practitioners, lenders, directors, and investors on all aspects of insolvency and restructuring — from administrations and asset sales to bankruptcy proceedings, misfeasance claims and transactional advice.
- Working closely with senior colleagues, you’ll play a key role in both supervising junior team members and supporting client relationships.
About You
- 5+ years’ PQE in corporate and personal insolvency
- Solid understanding of the Insolvency Act, Insolvency Rules and Companies Act
- Confident handling both advisory and contentious work
- Strong communicator with good client-facing and leadership skills
