A well-established and highly regarded North West London law firm is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor (1–3 PQE) to join its growing Harrow office, handling a high-quality and varied conveyancing caseload within a friendly and collaborative team environment.

The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a junior lawyer to build a strong foundation within a respected residential property practice.
You will handle a varied residential conveyancing caseload with appropriate support, including:
- Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold residential properties
- Re-mortgages and transfers of equity
- Leasehold matters and lease extensions
- New build transactions
- Investment and buy-to-let purchases
- Supporting on higher-value and more complex matters where appropriate
You will work closely with experienced senior lawyers, receiving structured supervision and guidance whilst gradually taking on increasing responsibility for your own matters and client relationships.
The role offers strong exposure to repeat clients, introducer-led work and high-quality residential instructions, alongside genuine long-term progression opportunities.
Requirements
- 1–3 PQE Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer
- Experience in residential conveyancing gained during training or post-qualification
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Proactive and commercially minded approach
- Able to manage multiple matters effectively
- Ambitious and keen to develop within a respected North West London practice
