A leading, Legal 500-recognised Corporate team is looking to recruit an experienced Associate or Senior Associate into its Guildford office. Joining a well-established and growing team, you will play a key role in advising on a wide range of sophisticated matters, including M&A, private equity, venture capital, and corporate restructurings. The client base is diverse, spanning major corporates through to high-growth and entrepreneurial businesses.
In this role, you will:
