This leading Legal 500 firm in London’s West End has a long-standing reputation for high-quality work and a partnership culture that is collaborative. The firm is looking to appoint an Employment Partner to strengthen its established team. This is a key strategic hire with the opportunity to advise a broad range of employer clients across the full spectrum of employment law. The work will be varied and stimulating, from day-to-day HR advice and guiding clients through workplace issues, to supporting employers in achieving their long-term strategic goals. You will also advise on both contentious and non-contentious matters, including complex disputes in both the employment tribunal and higher courts. This combination ensures a diverse caseload where you can make a real impact.

We are looking for an Employment Partner, or a senior employment lawyer ready to step up, with a proven track record of advising employer clients on both contentious and non-contentious matters. You will bring strong technical expertise, commercial awareness, and the ability to develop lasting relationships. A collaborative approach and appetite for business development will be key to your success in this role.
