Employment Associate 3+ PQE - London

We are working closely with this leading Legal 500 and Chambers ranked firm who are growing across multiple practice areas including Employment. They are looking to hire an Employment Solicitor 3+ PQE.

The Firm

This entrepreneurial firm is highly tiered across multiple practice areas and has a headcount of circa 100 staff. The firm is split between 2 offices, one in the west end and one in Hertfordshire.

They are growing across different areas of the business and have a turnover of £10 million, with projected growth of 10% year on year.

There is excellent collaboration across the firm, with a lot of cross over between departments. Plus, every month all the staff get together to have lunch for team bonding.

On offer is a hybrid working environment with 3 days in the office each week as standard.

The Role

This growing department has a large client base and works across multiple sectors including banking and finance, art, retail, media, health and franchising.

You will be joining a 2-partner strong employment team which works across complex contentious and non-contentious employment work, with the clients ranging from SMEs, multinational and global corporations.

This role has excellent prospects for progression, which can include partnership for the right candidate.

Requirements

1. You will be an Employment Solicitor 3+ PQE.
2. You will have experience across both contentious and non-contentious matters.
3. You will have excellent communication skills and work well in a team.
4. This role has excellent prospects for progression – this firm likes to grow organically, with multiple Partners being homegrown.
5. Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package.
