Employment Associate (2-4 PQE)
We're working closely with a full-service firm with offices across South West London, Surrey and Middlesex, who are looking to hire an Employment Associate (2-4 PQE)
The firm advises both employees and employers across a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, and has built a strong reputation for candid, dependable advice delivered within a supportive and welcoming environment. The Role:
You’ll act on behalf of both employees and employers, handling a genuinely varied caseload across restrictive covenants, unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy, whistleblowing and TUPE, as well as advising on and preparing settlement agreements.
You’ll be expected to progress client work efficiently, keep clients regularly updated on progress and costs, and work closely with colleagues across the firm to maintain strong internal and external relationships.
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor(2-4PQE)
- Good working knowledge of employment law across contentious and non-contentious matters
- Strongcommercial awareness and the ability to advise a wide range of clients
- Excellent client care, communication and legal skills
