A top 100 firm are seeking a Senior Associate to join its highly regarded Corporate Regulation practice, sitting within the Commercial Litigation department. This is a compelling opportunity for an ambitious regulatory lawyer to step into a senior, high-profile role, advising a range of prestigious clients on complex and evolving corporate responsibility and compliance matters.
The Role
- You will take ownership of a broad and high-quality caseload, including:
- Large-scale Government Consultation and linked regulatory obligations
- Data protection compliance, ICO guidance, cross-border data issues, breach response and risk assessments
- Corporate responsibility and reputation management across various sectors
- Sector-based compliance with a particular niche in private land parking management, linked enforcement and lobbying
- Consumer obligations including product safety, advertising standards (ASA/CAP), gambling licensing and prize competition rules

About You
- 5+ years' PQE with strong experience across corporate regulatory issues (strong candidates outside this range will also be considered)
- Specific expertise advising on data protection, compliance and corporate responsibility
- Knowledge of and interest in the developing AI landscape and its governance implications
- Proven ability to lead matters from inception to completion with minimal supervision
- A demonstrable track record in business development and client relationship management
- Excellent drafting, communication and presentation skills
- A collaborative mindset with the confidence to meet financial performance targets
