An established and growing law firm is seeking a Corporate & Commercial Solicitor (0–3 PQE) to join its expanding team in London. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior solicitor to work closely with the Head of Department, gaining hands‑on exposure to a broad range of corporate and commercial matters while developing within a supportive and collaborative environment.
The Opportunity
- Assist on a wide variety of corporate and commercial matters, including:
- Share and asset acquisitions and disposals
- Corporate restructures and reorganisations
- Shareholders’ agreements and corporate governance matters
- Commercial contracts and trading agreements
- Loan agreements and finance‑related transactions
- Due diligence exercises and transaction management, including data room administration
- Preparing ancillary transaction documents and Companies House filings
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements, including:
- Terms and conditions
- Consultancy agreements
- Non‑disclosure agreements (NDAs)
- Supply and service agreements
- Work closely with the Head of Department on a broad range of transactional and advisory matters
- Provide practical and commercially focused advice to clients
- Liaise directly with clients, lenders, accountants and other professional advisers
- Provide Independent Legal Advice on personal guarantees and joint borrower, sole proprietor matters
- Assist with departmental development, precedents and process improvement initiatives
- Support business development and client relationship activities

About You
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 0–3 years' PQE
- Experience in corporate and/or commercial law gained through training contract seats or post‑qualification experience

- Confident communicator with strong client‑facing abilities
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively to deadlines
- A proactive attitude and genuine desire to develop within corporate and commercial law
