The Role
The firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor (2–4 PQE) to join its growing Bristol office. You will be joining a well-established and growing team acting on a wide variety of commercial property transactions. The role offers exposure to high-quality work and the opportunity to build relationships with an impressive client base across a range of sectors. In this role you will be involved in:
- Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
- Landlord and tenant matters, including leases, renewals and portfolio management
- Property aspects of corporate transactions
- Development and regeneration projects
- Asset management work for a diverse range of clients
- High-quality work with nationally recognised clients
- Supporting senior lawyers on complex, high-value transactions while developing your own caseload
Requirements
- You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with 2–4 PQE
- Good technical knowledge of commercial real estate matters
- Experience managing transactions
