Legal Secretary – Commercial Property | Central London

I am working closely with a modern and boutique law firm based in Central London, who are looking to appoint a Legal Secretary to join their commercial property team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Legal Secretary to take ownership of the administrative function within the commercial property team, working closely with fee earners and playing a key role in supporting the team as it continues to grow.

The firm has built a strong reputation for the quality of its commercial property work, acting for a strong and established client base across a broad range of commercial property matters.

The Opportunity

You will provide secretarial and administrative support to the commercial property fee earners, including:

• Audio and copy typing of correspondence, contracts, and legal documents




• Managing email and correspondence flow on behalf of fee earners




• Preparing and submitting supporting documentation for commercial property transactions




• Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors




• Supporting AML and compliance requirements across the department




• Maintaining accurate and compliant files on the case management system
