The Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor. You will join the Corporate and Commercial team in South West London.
Your work will include assisting on the sale and purchase of healthcare businesses, drafting and negotiating transactional documents, running due diligence exercises, advising on regulatory considerations, and drafting and reviewing commercial contracts for healthcare providers. You will have genuine client contact from the outset and the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility as you develop.
You will work closely with colleagues across the firm, benefiting from strong crossover between departments, with the support, supervision and training to build a strong foundation for your career.
Requirements:
- Newly qualified solicitor, or due to qualify shortly
- Corporate and/or commercial experience gained during your training contract or qualifying work experience
- Strong drafting skills and excellent attention to detail
- A proactive, commercial approach and the confidence to work directly with clients
