The Role
The firm is seeking a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor (5+ PQE) to join its growing Bristol office. You will be joining a well-established and growing team acting on a wide variety of commercial property transactions. The role offers exposure to high-quality work and the opportunity to build relationships with an impressive client base across a range of sectors. In this role you will be involved in:
- Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
- Landlord and tenant matters, including leases, renewals and portfolio management
