The Role
This is a broad and varied employment law role covering both contentious and non-contentious matters. You will advise a high-quality client base on day-to-day HR issues, senior executive matters, employment tribunal litigation and transactional/TUPE-related work.
You will have real autonomy over your own caseload, alongside close support from experienced partners, and will be given strong client exposure from the outset. The role also offers the opportunity to get involved in business development and profile-raising within the wider market. This team is particularly well suited to someone who enjoys variety, is confident managing their own matters, and is looking for a clear step forward in both responsibility and long-term progression.
What you will have
- 1–3 years’ PQE in Employment Law (England & Wales qualified)
