An exciting opportunity for a qualified and experienced Internal Quality Assurer to support and maintain high standards of assessment and delivery across our Health and Social Care qualifications. This hybrid role offers flexibility to work remotely, with occasional travel for standardisation meetings and assessor support.
Location: Cardiff / Hybrid (Remote with occasional travel)
Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct internal quality assurance of Health and Social Care qualifications in line with awarding body requirements.
- Sample learner portfolios and assessment decisions to ensure consistency, fairness, and compliance.
- Support and develop assessors through guidance, feedback, and standardisation activities.
- Maintain accurate records of IQA activity and contribute to continuous improvement across the delivery team.
- Liaise with awarding organisations and contribute to external quality assurance visits.
Assessor and IQA qualification (e.g., Level 4 Award in the Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practice).
Full driving licence with use of own vehicle.
