We have an exciting opportunity for an NVQ Assessor to join our team! Whether you are already qualified or currently working towards your Assessing Qualification, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your career in Work-Based Learning.

As an NVQ Assessor, you will deliver Customer Service and Business Administration Apprenticeships, ensuring learners receive the highest quality training and support throughout their qualification journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver training for Customer Service and Business Administration Apprenticeships.
  • Visit learners in their workplaces across the regional area to conduct assessments.
  • Develop Individual Learning Plans (ILPs) and map out tailored learning pathways.
  • Assess, reference, and mark workplace evidence to meet Key Skill requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of learner attendance and guided contact hours for auditing purposes.
  • Contribute to planning and monitoring to ensure performance targets are met.
  • Provide in-house training support and arrange additional day-release training as needed.
  • Develop course materials to enhance training delivery.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to improve course delivery and learner outcomes.
  • Maintain learner achievement records to meet awarding body standards.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience delivering training and assessment in the required fields.
  • Proven background in Work-Based Learning.
  • Knowledge of Awarding Body practices.
  • Previous assessor experience.
  • Essential Skills Wales (ESW) Level 2 in Communication & Application of Number.
  • Occupational experience within relevant sectors.
  • Apprenticeship delivery experience within the route ways delivering.
  • Full driving license and access to a vehicle.
