Site Services Manager β Print Room Manager
Located: London

Responsibilities
- Operates/Manages all printing equipment on site
- Provide additional services to the client, as requested, in accordance with the contract.
- Producing/Managing work in accordance to specification and schedule. Including booking in of work, preparations, reprographic production, scanning, binding, regular stock level checks, packaging and delivery of completed work back to the clients.
- Ensure print and mail room equipment is serviceable and operable during contractual hours.
- Ensure/Manage post is delivered on time according to the site SLA
- To assist/manage in all post room services
- Assist and manage in scanning and imaging requests
Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of standard Microsoft Office packages
- Effective team leadership skills
- Managing and developing staff, where applicable
- Good literacy and numeracy skills
- Good knowledge of outsourcing processes.
- Previous experience as a Print Room Supervisor/Manager
