We are looking for an International Accounts Business Development Manager to join our growing EMEA team, based in London and focused on driving sales and growth of Ricoh Spaces, our innovative SaaS Workplace Management Platform.
As an International Accounts Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our footprint across the EMEA region. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with C‐level stakeholders, and delivering a world‐class customer experience.
What you will be doing:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for Ricoh Spaces across the EMEA region.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on key international accounts and strategic customer segments.
- Establish a structured sales approach including forecasting, performance tracking, and pipeline management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C‐level decision-makers, ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
- Lead client meetings, product demos, proposals, and commercial negotiations to close high-value deals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and growth opportunities, feeding into sales and marketing strategy.
- Collaborate cross‐functionally with teams including Pre‐Sales, Operations, Finance, HR, and IT – and lead on cross‐border RFPs where required.
- Drive growth of Ricoh Spaces across international accounts.
- Develop new business within large multinational organisations.
- Represent Ricoh Spaces as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders.
- Manage complex, multi‐stage sales cycles.
- Provide market insights that help shape the product roadmap.
What We Are Looking For:
- Degree in Business, IT, or equivalent commercial/technical experience (e.g. Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, Key Account Manager).
- Proven track record in B2B SaaS sales, ideally within enterprise or multinational environments.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and selling to C‐level stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of software solutions, SaaS, or digital workplace platforms.
- Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce).
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel up to 50% across EMEA.
- Proactive, target-driven communicator with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Experience within workplace management solutions is preferred.
