Ricoh are currently recruiting for a Finance Business Partner (Digital Annuity) who will be the Business Partner to Annuity & Service senior management providing key support to the decision-making process. As a member of the finance function you will build strong relationships with, and gain great exposure to, a variety of key stakeholders across the business.

What you will be doing
- Responsible for the monthly reporting cycle including variance analysis, critical assessment of forecast and commentary.
- Responsible for the design and production of other high-quality output according to the requirements of key stakeholders.
- Perform analysis to create meaningful business information, evaluating and identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Track corrective actions and ensure remediation of deviations within agreed timelines
- Participate in monthly meetings with Senior Management to discuss results, trends and plan.
- Support budgeting and other longer-term planning processes and to attend/support reviews as required.
- Developing and enhancing reporting using a variety of systems and tools
- Ensure local GAAP & IFRS accounting policies are followed and assist the internal & external auditing / SOX testing.
You will ideally have
- Ideal candidates will be educated to at least bachelorâs degree or equivalent level professional qualification with preference given to studies in business administration, finance or equivalent.
- Candidates will ideally hold an accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent).
- Preferably candidates will have strong financial analytical skills with ability to turn analysis into recommendations for action. Plus be detailed and results oriented style.
- Successful candidates will have strong Excel and experience with business intelligence tools. Plus, any experience of Oracle and Hyperion, is desirable.
- Ideally candidates will be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing and have strong presentation skills, with ability to communicate financial processes, information and results to senior management.
- Preferably candidates will demonstrate confidence and appropriate âgravitasâ to liaise closely with Ricoh Europe senior management. Alongside evidence of taking ownership and adding value by providing solid recommendations which support key decisions.
- Ideally candidates will be confident to be able to work under pressure and with a high degree of accuracy.
- Successful candidates will have knowledge and experience of developing reporting information systems from a business perspective, implementing and using the management information. With previous experience or broad knowledge in the IT sector being beneficial.
- Ideally candidates will have previous multi-country experience and ability to work across culturally diverse groups. Plus, the ability to use experience and knowledge to initiate action plans to address opportunities/issues that improve the business.
- Exhibits a âHigh Positiveâ behavioural indicators in the Competency framework (based on Ricoh Way principles and values) for stage 2 (Applying; contributing independently).
