Role Overview: We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable individuals to join our team as a Volunteer Shop Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable retail experience, meet new people, and contribute to a cause that matters. You need to be over 18 for this role. We are open Monday to Friday from 9-5 and Saturday from 10-3.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Help with the organisation, pricing, and display of products
  • Assist with stock rotation and inventory management
  • Handle sales transactions and operate the till (training provided)
  • Maintain a clean and organised shop environment
  • Provide support with special events and promotions as needed
  • Collaborate with other volunteers and staff to ensure the smooth running of the shop
